About Us
SHELTER – Sustainable Health Education, Livelihoods, Training, Equity, and Rights is a newly established Non-Governmental Organization working in sustainable Humanitarian Aid & Development to support communities in accessing essential services through linkages to services related to Health, particularly HIV related services, supporting Livelihoods grassroots projects at community level related to Social, Food & Nutrition Security, providing access to Training and Education on these mandates and promoting access to Equity and Rights.
Our key target populations are the vulnerable and mostly left behind in provision of responses. These include incarcerated populations, people in hard-to-reach areas, people dependent on substances and drugs and specific focus on adolescents, young women & girls and geriatric persons.
